SUMMARY:The Naples Grape Festival & IB Orientation
DESCRIPTION:Arrival Time: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY \n9:00 AM – Mandatory Orientation – For those students that did not attend the August 28th orientation – (Polina & Adriano). You must also bring the following: VISA/Passport/DS-2019/Insurance Card/Emergency Contact Document \n10:15 AM – for all other students this is an expected event\, you may be excused by contacting Gretchen DiNardo and Dan Cole.  Instructions on registration form. \nStudents will be picked up and dropped off by a Rotary Youth Exchange committee member who will be staying for the orientation. The Naples Grape Festival is a very congested event\, and this will help to alleviate any issues with dropping off and picking up the students.  The committee member will be in touch with the student and host family closer to the orientation date with pickup time. \nOrientation & Meeting Location: Trinity Federated Church – 123 North Main Street Naples.  Committee Members will have to park off site and walk to the church due to the festival. \nAgenda: \n10:30 AM – 2:00 PM – Naples Grape Festival \n2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Student Orientation – Trinity Federated Church \nPlease bring money to buy lunch at the festival\, your country flag & pins and wear comfortable walking shoes.   \nPlease complete the attached registration form by September 12th and send to: Gretchen DiNardo – gdinardo@outlook.com and Dan Cole – ccole@rochester.rr.com \nNaples Grape Festival IB Registration Form
