DESCRIPTION:Our newly arrived Inbound Students will have their mandatory IB Orientation.  Host Families are encouraged to come and meet the other host families in the District and District personnel that work in making the students exchanges a success. \nStudents please make sure you bring the following documents with you: \n\nYour passport\nThe DS-2019\nYour Insurance Card\nYour Rotary Blazer\nA 5 minute presentation on your Country\nPins to share\n\nHost Families will meet from 10 AM to 11 AM and may leave after their meeting.  The District will see that all students are taken home at 4 PM.

SUMMARY:Outbound Rebound Overnight - STUDENTS ONLY
DESCRIPTION:The Outbound Rebound Overnight is tailored for the Rotary Youth Exchange student that has just returned from their long term exchange.  It is our District’s Youth Exchange final orientation to help the students prepare for coming “home”.  Reverse culture shock is very real and we give the students and their parents tools to help them acclimate back home.  Email invitation to event will be sent to OB students who have completed their exchange.

SUMMARY:IB & OB Rotary Event - STUDENTS ONLY
DESCRIPTION:The Final District IB & OB Event of the year!  Hosted by the Watkins Montour Rotary Club the IB & OBs will have the opportunity to meet at this great area of the District for the last event before IB student go home and OB start their exchange.  OB will present their PowerPoint presentation to the District Committee and IB’s.  We will also be checking in on the OB’s Tzell paperwork and to have a ROTEX chat! \nLocation: Exact drop off and pick up place to be determined.  A detailed email will be sent to students. \nTime: 1 PM Saturday to 10 AM on Sunday when everyone will get ready for the picnic. \nRegistrations Form: The Watkins Montour Overnight & Picnic registration form will need to be completed by the IB & OB students.  Please follow the instructions where to send the form once completed.  WATKINS MONTOUR OVERNIGHT REGISTRATION FORM will be attached at a future date
