New Gernerations Service Exchange (NGSE) through Rotary International offers undergraduates, university students, trainees and youth professionals the opportunity of an internship in a foreign county for a few weeks or months.  The program is for all youth adults between the ages of 18-30 years.  Applicants must have completed secondary school and should have at least the advance stage of study or training.

NGSE Options

The Single Exchange is tailored to meet the needs of the individual applicant.   The applicant expresses her or her wishes concerning an internship or job shadowing in a specific field of work, in a specific country and a specific period - 4 weeks to 2 months.  The New Generations Chair attempts to match the applicant's requests with their global network of volunteer members.

The Group Exchange is based on a specific topic and last 1-4 weeks in a given period.  It is organized 1:1 from district to district.  Each district assembles a team; ideally both teams would meet during the exchange in their respective home countries.
